If your referral turns into a purchase, we will send you £1000.

Terms and Conditions

1. The referred client must be a new client with whom we have had no previous contact.
2. The £1000 reward applies only when the referred client buys a property for more than £39000
3. You must have purchased a property through us in order to qualify for the £1000 reward
4. Referral fee will be paid within 90 days of the referred client funding the full down-payment of his/her property purchase.
